Master’s Scholarships at Swansea University


Scholarship for College Applicants must hold an offer to study a Masters or MRes taught at the University of Swansea from September 2011. Only the UK or EU candidates are eligible to register. Students usually must be privately funded and must enroll in an eligible postgraduate course at Swansea University for the first time in September 201

Scholarship for College Description: Swansea University has 80 Master's Scholarships worth £ 2.700 towards the cost of which is available for students enrolling in the Master Taught or MRes program in September 2011. Currently we have 80 scholarships available for taught Master's or MRes students enrolling in September 2011. This scholarship is open to applicants for Master's programs across the entire University and are offered by each School or College. http://www.callforpapersinfo.com

How to Apply: If you wish to apply for a scholarship, you must complete the Scholarship Application Form Pg. This Scholarship for College will be sent to you automatically after you have applied for a place to study at Swansea and made an offer by the University.

Master’s Scholarship for College for Students from Mongolia


This full Scholarship for College for Mongolian citizens and provided in partnership with the International Student House at the University of Westminster and provides full tuition waivers, accommodation, living expenses and flights to and from London. You must be from Uganda, and hold an offer for full-time Masters degree at the University.

Fall GKS Exchange Scholarship for College Program


If you are a student from our partner universities, please drop in the international office at your home university and ask the coordinator of your exchange program, whether you can apply for exchange program HUFS for fall semester 2011

The African Studies Centre Scholarship for College


This Scholarship for College award consists of a prize of € 1000 for a thesis to win, to be published in African Studies Collection ASC.
Eligibilty Criteria: Any final-year student who has completed his Masters thesis with distinction (80% or higher or a Dutch rating of at least 8) at a university in Africa or the Netherlands can apply. This
Scholarship for College thesis should be based on independent empirical research related to Sub-Saharan Africa in one of the subjects listed in the following section and should have been inspected within one year prior to the deadline for submitting manuscripts.
The ASC specifically encourage students from Sub-Saharan Africa to submit their thesis for the annual competition.
Any thesis thematically related to socio-geographical, economic issues, politics, law or anthropology, or focusing on the humanities such as history, religion and literature (but with the exception of language and / or semiotic studies) can be filed. Its geographical focus should be on Sub-Saharan Africa or migrant communities elsewhere in the world. This thesis must be socially relevant.
